True health starts with decreasing inflammation, and to begin that process, we first need to understand where your health currently stands. We'll kick things off with a thorough (and I mean very thorough) interview about your health, diet, lifestyle, movement, exercise, sleep, stress management and how you practice self-care.


While these foundational elements are key, we also get really really nerdy with a body system analysis which helps us uncover which body systems and sub-systems could be out of balance. This helps us identify and pin-point a potential root cause, nutrient deficiencies, other imbalances and more. Some things that we can look for is the potential presence of candida, leaky gut, parasites, hyper/hypothyroidism, estrogen dominance, PCOS, and so much more. 


Based on your results, we create a completely unique meal plan and supplement protocol that directly targets the root cause to your biggest concerns. 

This root-cause approach focuses on true correction—not quick fixes or blindly following trends. My goal is to help you transform your health and wellness journey, creating lasting, meaningful changes.

MY 3-STEP APPROACH

STEP 1 - Root Cause(s) identification

We start with nutritional symptomatology which is essentially a body system assessment, as well as a deep health & lifestyle assessment to gain an understanding of what factors are contributing to your biggest health concerns. I ask a lot about your health history (duh), lifestyle and ton of questions about your symptoms in the body system test. Once I have collected everything I need, I review the results and piece the story together to decide what action we take in step two.

STEP 2 - Tailored action

After I have answers, I create a very individualized plan based on your body system results, goals and health history.

My recommendations are beyond the basics of “avoid processed foods” and “take a probiotic”. I’m also not just going to tell you to “manage your stress” & “stop drinking wine at night”.

I design a specific & sustainable meal plan broken into phases. Some plans might kickstart with a quick detox, while others might require more specifically a candida cleanse or low FODMAP.

No tracking calories, macros or planning your meals necessary. I do all the work for you. We’ll dive deep into nutrition and the “why” behind each phase. Supplementation will be minimal but extremely refined to target different components such as specific gut imbalances and/or hormonal issues. 

STEP 3 - Adaptive Correction

When inflammation has decreased, the body comes back to equilibrium & health is restored.

A lot of my clients cut fat, sustain lean muscle, feel less puffy and overall feel better in their clothing. Non-appearance wins like energy, digestive and hormone symptom improvement are often experienced as well!
