Spending hours in the gym, but not seeing the results you want? Learn how to keep your metabolism fired by properly fuelling pre, during and post workout. Learn what types of workouts are working for or against your metabolism. Our method highlights how you can achieve shorter gym sessions with a longer post-sweat burn.

Common FAQ's

What diet types are included?

For this program I have included both a standard and vegan option. All the recipes in the meal plan come with a swap list so you can substitute any ingredients you don't like, can't have, or can't buy. If you are on any sort of diet such as gluten free, low fodmap, vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, etc. then the swap list will become your best friend.

I'm going on vacation and/or have an event this month. Should I wait to start the plan?

Don’t wait! This program is built around you having a “real life” - weekends, weddings, vacations and all. We don’t want you to deprive yourself of any life events or the food that comes with them. You’ll still eat normal foods (& drink too!) on this program, so it’s pretty easy to stick to while you’re traveling. 

How long is the program and when can I start?

The metabolism makeover is one month long and is self-guided so you can start and Monday, or whichever day works for you.

I want to know more about the workouts. How long are they and what equipment will I need?

The workouts are all 30 minutes in length and are good for all fitness levels! Dumbbells or any type of weight is required! Feel increased muscle mass, mobility and cardiovascular health as a result from the workout plan.
