I’m a Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant (C.H.N.C.) and Certified Personal Trainer (C.P.T.), and I take a root-cause approach to supporting metabolism, digestion, and hormonal balance.

Food is powerful medicine. But, first, you have to know your body.

My passion is helping clients not only understand what their bodies need nutritionally, but also why. Food is powerful medicine, but it starts with understanding your unique body. From there, we can use nutrition strategically to help your body function at its best.

A little about my journey

During university, I was constantly on the go, juggling multiple jobs while working out daily (sometimes twice a day). I pushed myself to the limit. I became fixated on counting calories and macros, and followed every diet trend I came across.

Over time, this approach backfired. I found myself in the worst shape of my life, was chronically inflamed, my metabolism and energy levels dropped, my digestion slowed significantly, and my cortisol was through the roof causing frequent panic attacks.

Fast forward to 2016..

What started as a personal mission to heal my own gut health and metabolism turned into something much bigger. I gained in-depth knowledge about the body’s systems, how they interact, and how nutrition plays a foundational role in overall health. I studied a wide range of dietary approaches and developed a strong understanding of whole foods, food sensitivities, nutrient deficiencies, herbs, and supplementation.

It became clear that I had both an opportunity and a responsibility- to share this knowledge and help others take a root-cause approach to their health.

Fast Forward to today..

Now, 10 years later, I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of clients, supporting them with concerns such as weight management, allergies, food sensitivities, candida, leaky gut, parasites, thyroid imbalances, and more.
