Hi, I'm Erin!
I’m a Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant, Certified Personal Trainer, Barry’s instructor and adventure enthusiast here to give you mindful, actionable advice that you can embrace during your very own wellness journey. Through my own healing experience and education in nutrition, my mission is to guide you to find modalities that bring you into true alignment. Healthy living is not a one-size-fits all journey and what may work for one person, may not work for another. I work to help you discover the foods, wellness routines and products that rejuvenate you from the inside out. The best part about this entire process is that it starts with you.
'Your path to a healthier and more vibrant life should be fun and light you up inside.'
For many years now, movement has been an effortless part of my daily routine. Running, spin and yoga are what I call my “mental medicine” because they are how I like to clear my head and get grounded. Being able to teach fitness to other people has been such a rewarding experience mainly because I see how it directly benefits their lives. Starting a career in health coaching came organically to me, as movement and exercise are a passion of mine and learning nutrition was an intriguing growth opportunity.
After coming out of University, I began to deal with my own chronic health issues: candida, bloating, missing cycles, dull hair, hormonal imbalances, adrenal fatigue, and more. I came across the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and decided that I was going to become my own healer. Having these issues and going through my own health struggles not only inspired my career as a health coach, but has allows me to truly understand how to help others with their own.
I’ve been blessed to be based in Bali, Indonesia for the last year which is THE hub for natural health. It has given me a new perspective on health and wellness, influenced the way I eat, the way I move, and inspired techniques to live for the better. Through food, movement and self care practices I have been able to substantially improve my life and my hope is to continue to teach others to do the same. With all of that said, I encourage you to live life mindfully, stay curious about food and movement and always look to find what works best for you.
I hope to connect with you soon!
