Hey friends! I’m so excited to announce the launch of my four week group fitness + nutrition challenge-- Evolve With Erin! I created this challenge so that I can support more of you in reaching your health and wellness goals from the comforts of your own home. Through my practice as a Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Personal Trainer I know that the best body transformations come from a combination of movement + whole foods. Both play a major role in boosting your metabolism, energizing your cells, and improving your quality of life. If you are ready to take your wellness journey to the next level, you have come to the right place!

This challenge will be focusing on two main parts:

  1. The Meal Plan
  2. The Workouts


The four week meal plan is my personal method that I have created to assist in weight management and boost metabolic health. The plan incorporates nutrient rich foods and eliminates all metabolism crashing foods. Gluten, dairy, added sugars and processed foods are off the menu in order to decrease inflammation and help your body restore itself naturally. As your body balances out, you'll notice fat loss, increased energy, better quality of sleep and better digestion! The meal plan portion of this challenge is available in two dietary preferences - vegan and standard.

Through the duration of the 28 days, I will be coaching you through four 45 min workouts - four times a week! The workouts are designed to blast body fat, build lean muscle and improve cardiovascular health. They will be pre-recored and sent out daily so you can have the luxury of doing them on your own time! Equipment at home will be useful, but it is not necessary. Pre-challenge I will send out a list of optional equipment to pick up, however if you simply don't have any it's no big deal - we will get creative with household items! On top of the four workout videos a week, I will also be hosting a group sweat once per week on zoom where we will get the opportunity to meet and connect!

These full body workouts are designed to target:

  • Arms and upper body
  • Legs and lower body
  • Abs and core
  • Cardiovascular endurance
